Rreth projektit:

Projekti “Cross Border Collaboration through Digital Transformation & Promotion of Eco-Tourism in High Scardus Trail” synon të zhvilloj një seri aktivitetesh në mënyrë që të përmirësoj dhe zhvilloj ofertën turistike dhe cilësinë e shërbimeve përgjatë Shtegut High Scardus, një shteg i ecjeve të gjata që lidh 3 shtete, Kosovë, Maqedoni Veriore dhe Shqipëri. 

Parku Kombëtar Sharr me produktin e ri në turizmin e aventurës “Shtegu High Scardus” i cili është lansuar zyrtarisht për turistët ndërkombëtar in verën e vitit 2022, ku partnerët tanë kanë qenë të involvuar direkt në planifikimin dhe realizimin e paketave të para me turistë ndërkombëtar, por edhe në përgjithësi në zhvillimin e projektit që nga viti 2016. Ky shteg ka një numër nevojash për të arritur kapacitetin e plotë në mënyrë që të ofroj përvojën më të mirë për turistët/eksploruesit ndërkombëtar.  Me aktivitetet e planifikuara në këtë projekt në synojmë që të përmirësojme nivelin e përgjithshëm të shërbimit në High Scardus Trail dhe të promovojmë përvojën e veçantë që ofron Shtegu High Scardus. 

Ky projekt ka 3 fusha intervenimi:

• Transformimin digjital të 16 ofrues të shërbimeve (Kosovë dhe Maqedoni Veriore) të sektorit të turizmit përgjatë shtegut High Scardus Trail.
• Promovimi i High Scardus Trail (Parku Kombëtar Sharr/Shara) si një destinacion i turizmit të aventurës dhe natyrës.
•  Zhvillimi dhe përmirësimi i kapaciteteve profesionale duke trajnuar një grup prej 10 udhëheqësve malor.
  

KRITERET E PËRZGJEDHJES:

Ofruesit e shërbimeve kërkohet të plotësojnë kriteret e mëposhtme për të hyrë në procesin e vlerësimit:

• Ofruesit e shërbimeve duhet të jenë të  vendosur brenda zonës gjeografike të synuar, veçanërisht përgjatë ose përreth Shtegut High Scardus (Parku Kombëtar Sharr – Kosovë / Parku Kombëtar Shara – Maqedonia e Veriut)
• Ofruesit e  shërbimeve të cilët kualifikohen janë: bujtinat, restorantet, operatorët turistikë dhe ofruesit e pajisjeve me qera që operojnë në këtë zonë.
• Aplikantët duhet të demonstrojnë një nevojë dhe interes të vërtetë në transformimin digjital të veprimeve të tyre të biznesit.
• Aplikantët duhet të jenë të gatshëm të ofrojnë informacione biznesi dhe dokumente si detajet e regjistrimit, numrat e qarkullimit, numrin e klientëve, etj në fazën e raportimit të projektit.

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: Digital Transformation of Service Providers (accommodation, restaurants, rentals) along the High Scardus Trail in Sharr National Park – Kosova / Shara National Park – North Macedonia.

ABOUT PROJECT:

Project “Cross Border Collaboration through Digital Transformation & Promotion of Eco-Tourism in High Scardus Trail”, aims to develop a wide-range of activities in order to improve and advance the touristic offer and quality of service along  High Scardus Trail, a long-distance hiking trail that connects three countries: Kosova, North Macedonia and Albania.

Sharr National Park with its newest adventure tourism product “High Scardus Trail” which is officially launched for international tourists in the summer of 2022, our partners have been involved directly in the planning and execution of the first guided tours with international tourists, as well as the overall development of the product since 2016, has a wide range of needs to reach the full capacity in order to provide the best experience for the international tourists/explorers. With the activities planned in our project, we aim to improve the overall level of service in the High Scardus Trail and promote the unique experience that High Scardus Trail has to offer.

This project has 3 areas of intervention:

– Digital transformation of 16 service providers (8 in each country) in the tourism sector, along the High Scardus Trail.
– Promotion of High Scardus Trail (Sharr/Shara National Park) as a destination for adventure & nature tourism.
– Development and improvement of professional capacities by training a group of 10 new tour leaders in Group Management in Mountain Tourism.

SELECTION CRITERIA: 

Service providers are required to meet the criteria below to enter the evaluation process:

• The service providers must be located within the targeted geographical area, specifically along or around High Scardus Trail (Sharr National Park – Kosova / Shara National Park – North Macedonia)
• Eligible service providers: guesthouses, restaurants, local guides, and equipment rentals operating in this area.
• Applicants should demonstrate a genuine need and interest in the digital transformation of their business operations.
• Applicants should be ready to provide business information and documents like registration details, turnover numbers, number of clients, etc. in the reporting phase of the project.
